Speaker Bios:

Richard M. Domaleski, Chief Executive Officer
Mr. Domaleski is the founder of World Energy and has been the driving force behind the company's vision and sales execution. Richard identified the deregulation of Retail Energy as a watershed moment in the economy and believed it would bring significant industry change and opportunity. One of the earliest entrepreneurs to identify this opportunity, Mr. Domaleski co-founded World Energy's wholly owned subsidiary, Oceanside Energy, and became one of the first aggregators to be granted a FERC tariff. Since that time, he leveraged the power of the Internet and successfully guided World Energy to a leadership position in the industry. He is often sought after to speak at industry events including Energy 2002 – 2005, the World Energy Engineering Congress, and at events organized by the Edison Electric Institute. He has also been quoted in several publications including Inc. Magazine, Washington Times, Electric Light and Power, Restructuring Today and Government Procurement.

Philip V. Adams, President and Chief Operating Officer
As President and COO of the Company, Phil oversees all aspects of the firm including corporate strategy, sales, marketing, operations, IT, finance, legal, and human resources functions. Prior to joining World Energy, he was a principal at Go2 Market Momentum, LLC, a consulting firm specializing in growth strategies for emerging companies. Before returning to consulting, Phil held senior executive roles in sales, marketing and product management at software and internet companies Xchange Applications, Pegasystems, Corporate Software, Rowe Communications, and PC Connection. Before taking on line management responsibilities, Phil spent 4 years in strategy consulting at Corporate Decisions, a firm that specialized in growth strategies and was subsequently acquired by Mercer Consulting.  Among the projects he worked on there, he managed the consulting team that developed the Lotus Notes growth strategy. Mr. Adams earned a BA in Economics from Williams College and an MS at MIT's Sloan School of Management.
